Mr. Dobbs is President of Dobbs Management Service, LLC, the family office for the John H. Dobbs family. Since 1998, Mr. Dobbs has been President of Premier Distributing, an Anheuser-Busch beer distributorship located in New Mexico. Mr. Dobbs is a member of Young Presidents Organization and a graduate of Leadership New Mexico and the Memphis Leadership Academy. He serves on the boards of several non-profit groups in New Mexico and Tennessee, including Memphis Tomorrow, the Church Health Center (Memphis), the Hutchison School (Memphis), the New Mexico Alliance for Hispanic Education, and the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (Albuquerque) among others. He also serves on the board of the Jefferson Scholars Foundation at the University of Virginia. Additionally, he is a member of the National Beer Wholesalers Association and a former member of the Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler Advisory Panel. Mr. Dobbs has a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Dobbs ran the airline catering division for Dobbs Houses as President until five years after its sale. After leaving Dobbs Houses, he pursued private ventures and co-founded Dobbs Automotive. Dobbs Automotive, with 22 auto dealerships, was sold in 1998 for $220 million. Dobbs Automotive was the first chain automobile distributor in the country. In addition to Dobbs Automotive, in 1981, Mr. Dobbs formed Premier Distributing Co., an Anheuser-Busch distributor for the state of New Mexico. Mr. Dobbs serves as Senior Advisor to DMS on investments.

Mr. Orians has been with Dobbs Management Service for over twenty years. Mr. Orians has overseen the accounting infrastructure for numerous privately-held businesses as a member of DMS. In his current role, he serves as Vice President and CFO of DMS supervising existing business investments including M&A activities as well as overseeing early stage companies. Prior to joining DMS, Mr. Orians practiced public accounting for over 9 years for Reynolds Bone & Griesbeck providing accounting, tax and consulting services to closely held businesses. Mr. Orians graduated with a B.B.A from The University of Memphis.

Mr. Crosby joined DMS in 2005. Prior to joining DMS, Mr. Crosby has a combination of investment banking, strategy consulting and operations experience. Mr. Crosby worked in the M&A group at Lehman Brothers and as a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory firm. He has served as VP of Operations at Thomas & Betts and VP of Supply Chain at Mueller Industries. Mr. Crosby focuses on deal origination working to source potential acquisition targets and is responsible for communication with financial intermediaries and company owners. Mr. Crosby earned a B.B.A degree in business from Millsaps College and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Jagoe joined Dobbs Management Service as Chief Investment Officer in 2019.  Prior to joining DMS, from 2006 to 2019 Mr. Jagoe was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Huizenga Capital Management where he was involved in the sourcing, identification, negotiation, structuring and monitoring hedge fund manager investments, direct private and public equities, debt and equity derivative securities.  Prior to July 2006, Mr. Jagoe served as a Senior Director at KPMG in the Transaction Advisory Services practice since 2002, consulting with private equity clients on acquisition and divestiture matters.  Prior to KPMG, Mr. Jagoe was a managing consultant with Arthur Andersen’s Transaction Advisory Group.  Mr. Jagoe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business from Marquette University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Benson joined DMS as a Paralegal in April of 2018. Ms. Benson assists and provides support to the executives and professional staff in various aspects of the Dobbs Family businesses and investments. Prior to joining DMS, from 1992-2018, Ms. Benson was a paralegal for two law firms and a retail real estate company in Memphis, Tennessee with experience in healthcare law, commercial contracting, compliance matters, real estate transactions; corporate transactions, estate planning, leases; real estate development and construction; tenant coordination; subrogation. Ms. Benson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management from Christian Brothers University and a Paralegal Certificate from the National Academy of Paralegal Studies.

Prior to joining DMS, Mr. Sullivan was the Controller for the Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics global business unit where he was responsible for all financial reporting and transactional accounting processes. He also practiced public accounting for over 6 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a manager in the Audit and Assurance practice with clients primarily in the financial services and banking industries.
